8-Bit Color Pallet Comparisons

I decided to dump this on the website because I always found it interesting that the way games looked on the old micros would be dictated somewhat by what kind of pallet had been chosen for the hardware. This gave each machine it's own personality and unique look to it's graphics. I decided not to include consoles from the N.E.S onwards because by that time they had such large pallets with so much available choice, that there was no real noticible effect on graphics.

Parrots

I did not personally make up these parrots, in fact, I have absolutely no idea where they came from, but I think that they do an excellent job of illustrating each system's pallet, if you created any of these pictures and you want them removed then e-mail me and I will happily do so.
